Success and the Spirit: An Aquarian Path to Abundance

Success and the Spirit

from the Teachings of the Siri Singh Sahib, Yogi Bhajan

Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga and Siri Singh Sahib of Sikh Dharma, shared many sacred secrets in his teachings about success, spirituality and prosperity. Here, in Success and the Spirit: An Aquarian Path to Abundance, we have compiled a collection of his lectures on how prosperity is a natural expression of the human spirit; how the soul and the Creator work in harmony with each other to create success in life on all levels; and how our own fears and limitations block us from living our destiny.

Yogi Bhajan was a unique being who learned, mastered and shared the ancient practices of Kundalini Yoga. In addition, he communicated the essence of Sikh Dharma in a universal and Aquarian way.  In his teachings, these subjects worked together seamlessly. You will see the same intermingling of teachings, stories and techniques from Sikh Dharma and Kundalini Yoga within this collection.

Mantra to Become a Millionaire

excerpt from Success and the Spirit

Shakti EnergyLife is to be lived. Life is a given gift. Atma, the soul, takes the body. The distance of life is covered by destiny and challenged by fate. That's how it goes. There are no two ways about it.

There are some people who live life by making their security just the earth-the here and now. They box themselves in. They feel insecure. They feel irrelevant to the environments
if they are not secure. And their security is very important to them. So they box themselves in and it's kind of a prison.

Whereas atma, the pranic shakti, is also a prisoner of the ribcage. It breathes in and out. It can go in and out. But when a person with his ego boxes himself in because of his insecurity, then there's no place to go in and out. Then a person goes deeper and deeper, layer by layer, and enslave's one's atma-one's self. Then that person does not have any sensitivity to feel others. All they want to know is whether or not their security is secure. Continue reading...

Trust God to Work for You

excerpt from Success and the Spirit

Pisces by Yeechi Chen

Today I will share with you some human secrets that will shock you. First, I will ask some questions.

How many of you want to be divine and experience ecstasy?

Almost everybody. Is that true? So if you want it, then why don’t you get it? Every religion—no matter what you practice—means ecstasy, right? And you want to experience ecstasy—that’s true. You should see through the Third Eye and see above all. That’s a natural human desire. It’s a privilege as a human and the way of prosperity. There’s no denying it.

But why don’t you get it?

It is not a discipline. That’s the tragedy of it. God has nothing to do with it. There are two ways to live. One way is that you will hustle for prosperity. The other way is that prosperity will come to you.

The Story of How I Became Rich

excerpt from Success and the Spirit

A student asked Yogi Bhajan the following question:

"Is giving an act of God?"

Yogi Bhajan replied, "No, no, no, no. Not at all. It is a perfectly selfish act. Have you heard about when I became rich? Listen to this. It is true. Verbatim, this is exactly true.

I taught a class at the East-West Cultural Center. And I did a wonderful job. There were three hundred and some dollars collected at class. I do not know exactly how much. But I definitely know one hundred fifty and some cents were given to me in an envelope as my fifty percent of that lecture. This is what they do. You go. They advertise you. You teach in that center. And whatever money comes in on that day, fifty percent is given to the lecturer and fifty percent goes to the center.

Work is a Worship

Beads of Truth, June 1973 #18

By Nirinjan Kaur

Yogi Bhajan and Chief of Staff, Nirnjan Kaur

What is the art of work? How does it affect this dharma we have been chosen to fulfill? Many of us have perhaps never really grasped the significance of work, as it determines the outcome of our evolution or how the constant practice of work acts as a curb for our emotions, a diligent protector of our bodies, a soothing oasis of comfort for our torment, an instinctive outlet of negativity, a sacred source of joy--an unmistakable guide to the gateways of the Universe...that is, until we met Yogi Bhajan and gratefully acknowledged these universal teachings.  Continue reading...
