In this lecture, Siri Singh Sahib discusses the meaning of Gurmat. "Mat means your mind is in control of your negativity. Mat also means wisdom. When you are not dumb enough to let your domain go negative - it's called wisdom. Mat means when your mind is control of Infinity. It means your mind is in control of you because you are Infinity. The sensitivity of you is your Infinity."
