
Welcome to Sikh Dharma 101! This online “self-study” course offers an introductory-level overview of the Sikh Dharma path for those seeking a deeper understanding of the question “What is a Sikh?”
This course is a great opportunity for Sikh Dharma beginners – yoga students, interfaith groups, family members and others, who are interested in exploring the path of Sikh Dharma and want to learn more about Sikhs and the Sikh way of life.

Some Helpful Tips:
- You can view all of the topics in the yellow boxes to the right. (Note: you won’t be able to click on the content for the topics listed in the yellow boxes until you register for the course).
- There are two pages of content, so be sure to click the right arrow at the bottom of the page to see the full list of lessons.
- Review each lesson in sequence, or skip around and view the lessons you are most interested in. This course is “evergreen” – meaning that it is available any time. So feel free to come back again if you don’t finish reviewing the content all at once!
