In these challenging times, we long for the experience of Spirit. Without this fulfillment, we revert to numbness, loneliness, and anger which leaves us in a tangled mess. But this mess can be unraveled, and we can create space for Spirit to rise in our being. Once this happens, then the floodgates open to the essence of our inner truth, bringing forth joy, courage, willingness to be in the flow, and the capacity to live with intuitive ease.

There are three simple steps from the art and science of Kundalini Yoga that deliver us to the essence of Spirit, and then inspire that Spirit to rise…

1. Praanaayaam (healing breath)
2. Movement through Kundalini Yoga
3. Sacred Sound through chanting.

We access through breath, strengthen through movement, and integrate using sacred sound to open and release.

This online course includes two live stream classes: one featuring Dr. Shanti Shanti Kaur and one featuring Snatam Kaur. Additionally, you will receive three support videos: one on Praanaayaam, one on Kundalini Yoga, and one on Sacred Sound through chanting.

All the videos will empower you with the tools necessary for a 40-day sadhana (daily practice) to give you the opportunity for a new perspective on life.

The course will also include a Q&A forum with Snatam Kaur and Dr. Shanti Shanti Kaur along with a community forum to connect directly with our worldwide community.

All materials will be available for download after the course is complete.


Shanti Shanti Kaur Khalsa, Ph.D. is founder and director of the Guru Ram Das Center for Medicine & Humanology. A yoga instructor since 1971, she began to specialize in teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to people with chronic or life-threatening illness and their family members in 1986, under the direction of Yogi Bhajan. The Center provides direct client services and yogically based programs for people with diabetes, cancer, heart disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, HIV, anxiety, depression and life transitions. We offer professional training and conduct outcome studies on the medical effects of yoga practice.

Dr. Khalsa is an RYT 500, a KRI Certified yoga teacher trainer and a charter member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She provides training to health professionals and yoga instructors on the application of yoga and meditation to the spiritual, psychological and behavioral aspects of getting and staying well.


Snatam Kaur is an American singer, peace activist and author raised in the Sikh and Kundalini Yoga tradition. She has an amazing ability to transform traditional Sikh chants of India into a contemporary sound that appeals to the modern ear and awakens an ancient yearning in the soul. For over thirty years, she studied with and grew up in the presence of her spiritual teacher, Yogi Bhajan, while he was in his physical form, learning the essence of Naad Yoga, a form of yoga focusing on sacred sound. At the core of this practice is an essential experience of peace and healing which has helped her music to be accessible to people from all walks of life. She has taught and shared Naad Yoga and Kundalini Yoga and meditation through her recorded CDs, concerts, and workshops for the past 20 years as a part of her commitment to giving people tools for a daily experience of inner peace. Her new book Original Light; the Morning Practice of Kundalini Yoga is a compassionate and supportive guide to creating a personal daily spiritual practice.
