Say the prayer that you are most afraid of. Turn towards your greatest challenges. Live with so much compassion that you are willing to take in someone else’s pain. Go right into that suffering. Because it is not only their suffering, but ours too – there is no end and no beginning. There just is and it is just pain after all. The sound current of Mantra will show us the way to the flow of our soul’s light. It is from this place of flow that true joy can flourish regardless of the challenges. In this workshop we will practice a Kriya and Mantra from the teachings of Yogi Bhajan to show us the way to experience this kind of compassion within our own beings and in our lives.
