International Kundalini Yoga Teacher Association (IKYTA) is part of 3HO Foundation International.  We are looking for a key player to join an inspired, committed team, that has the intention of serving the global Kundalini Yoga teacher community.  There are 25,000 certified teachers and that number is growing, so there is limitless potential for connecting, uplifting, educating and supporting teachers globally.


This position is for the key person providing administrative support to our team, to be the main contact for all members (KRI-certified teachers), and handle varied event, project and program responsibilities.  We need a detail-oriented, committed person, who can work with  a moderate amount of independence, to support teachers worldwide and help implement IKYTA's programs.  This administrative position is key to allow our team to fulfill our larger goals of serving of teachers.


Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Member support:
    • Maintain the member database
    • Reply to all email
    • Handle all phone requests
    • Assist new graduate in setting up accounts/teacher profiles online
  • Gurudakshina campaign administration
    • handling member outreach and questions
    • receiving and tracking donations
    • sending thank you letters
  • IKYTA Website
    • handling website updates
    • reviewing member submissions of classes, events, centers for approval on site
    • possible new content creation
  • Support National Kundalini Yoga Teacher Associations (NKYTAs)
    • project support for the NKYTA Coordinator
    • attend monthly meetings of global NKYTA leaders
    • Assist with set up of new NKYTAs
    • Tracking/management of NKYTA payments
  • IKYTA/3HO events
    • Coordinate pre-event logisitics (marketing materials, booth, other)
    • Help process solstice teaching applications
    • Oversees the IKYTA Outreach at various 3HO Events (booth/tent)
    • Assist at IKYTA teachers conferences with event logistics
  • Administrative support for:
    • various IKYTA Programs
    • annual IKYTA planning and budgeting
    • marketing and promotions as needed
    • research and implementation of IKYTA benefit programs
    • marketing and outreach




  • Demonstrates excellent Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, good listening
  • Strong analytical skills, including critical thinking and creative problem solving
  • Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
  • Possesses working knowledge of Basic Web
  • Displays knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc)
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and excellent at time management
  • Strong analytical skills, including critical thinking and creative problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player who can work independently and also initiate new ideas and projects
