In your future role as an IT system administrator, you are a member of the European IT team and work with various departments to support the sustainable, long-term growth of YOGI TEA® in Europe. The position is jointly responsible for all employee inquiries and for a smooth IT-related process. It reports to the local IT Manager.


Your tasks:

  • Answering employee inquiries for IT problems (help desk)
  • Analysis of user problems, cause identification, solution finding and implementation
  • Maintenance of hardware and software
  • Development and maintenance of technical documentation and manuals
  • Introduce new software and employee training for existing and new software
  • contact person for external partners, such as suppliers of printers, telecommunications and mobile phones
  • Keep up to date with emerging and emerging developments in the area of servers, networking and telecommunications


What we expect:

  • At least 3 years of experience in technology or related fields and extensive experience in an IT customer service environment; Study desirable
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft products like Windows OS clients and servers, Active Directory, GPO, Office, SQL, SharePoint, WSUS etc.
  • Knowledge of VMware, VoIP (ShoreTel), VPN, videoconferencing systems, IP-based networking technology
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with an eye for the big picture
  • Effective troubleshooting capabilities in networks and systems
  • Proactive "self starter" mentality as well as service-oriented and ambitious team play
  • Willingness to assume additional responsibilities and responsibilities
  • Adaptability and the ability to think "out of the box" as well as stress resistance
  • Focused and effective work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent knowledge of German and good English spoken and written, Italian knowledge of advantage
