I have over 20 years experience in food and beverage development. I was a Product Development Manager for E & J Gallo Winery in Modesto, California responsible for many of the B & J Coolers currently on the market.

I also have experience in frozen food as a R & D Manager over two research groups, roasted vegetables and potatoes for new product development.

Recently, I was New Product Development Manager, Americas, where I was responsible for keeping the pipeline filled with new product ideas.

My expertise is in beverage and I consider myself an accomplished taster and developer. I worked with many flavor companies to develop and optimize flavor profiles that were very successful in finished beverage products.

I also have lots of experience in managing both people and projects, always with an eye to the consumer and to keeping my direct reports motivated in this direction.
