Summer Solstice 2020: Sikh Dharma Class Schedule

The summer solstice has been a sacred sun celebration for thousands of years. It has served as the motivation for community gathering and an opportunity for deep personal work and celebration.

The summer solstice is also the longest day of the year and the shortest night, signifying the emotional peak of expansiveness and the beginning of growing reflection and contemplation. Given the dramatic pace of life many of us have experienced for the past 6 months, there could not be a more perfect moment to bring together our inner Sat Nam with our outer actions.

To that end, 3Ho Foundation’s three-day eSolstice Summit is bringing together all of the elements you know and love about the in-person Solstice experience: some of the finest teachers of Kundalini Yoga, recipes so you can enjoy the Solstice Diet at home, sacred chant with live meditations, and break-out groups and chat rooms for conversation and community.

The Sikh Dharma International Academy (SDI-A) is offering courses as part of this year’s eSolstice Summit program – view our course offerings and schedule below! We invite you to join us for these free, interactive and experiential courses.

Access to the eSolstice Summit is completely free, although donations are encouraged. A portion of all proceeds will be passed on to causes working hard to tackle food insecurity issues.
