Reflection Questions

You are invited to meditate on these reflections questions before moving on to the next lesson:

1.) What does being a Sikh mean to you?

2.) Why do you think that many Sikhs choose to maintain a unique form or appearance?

3.) Have you ever experienced the five thieves (lust, anger, greed, pride, attachment) in your life? How have you, or others you know, dealt with these universal challenges?

4.) Have you found ways of cultivating virtues in your life? For example, compassion, knowledge, honesty, patience. How did this look?

5.) What is your morning routine? Has your morning routine changed over time? Would you consider incorporating a spiritual practice into your morning consistently, if you are not already doing so? Why, or why not?
