Adi Shakti Kirpan – Small

$16.00

The Kirpan is a small dagger and is one of five articles of faith for Sikhs.  The word “kirpan” comes from two words, ‘kirpa’ an act of kindness and ‘aan’ honor and self-respect. Sikhs wear a Kirpan as a reminder to always stand for truth and be ready to defend the weak. It symbolizes the reverence Sikhs have for the sacredness of weapons.  The idea being that one who bows to the sword should be the last one to draw it.

This small Kirpan will not comfortably fit in your turban unless you like to wear a large Damala. It is an ideal size if you like to wear your kirpan in public, but like to be discrete.
