Kirtan

“Kirtan” is defined as sacred music. “Gurbani” means the words or voice of the Guru. The term “Gurbani Kirtan” refers to the singing of sacred hymns from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib accompanied by music – typically played on the harmonium (reed organ) and tablas (pair of hand drums).
