“Wahe Guru” means “indescribable wisdom.” Loosely translated Wahe Guru means, “Wow! God is Great! Indescribably terrific!”

Sikhs believe that Wahe Guru is a mantra of ecstasy, which can bring the experience of that Infinity, and that when “Wahe Guru” is chanted, it brings you very near God.
