The Siri Singh Sahib Ji once had MSS Kirtan Singh drive to a bookseller’s house in the valley, nearly an hour away from Los Angeles, to purchase some 100 cassette tapes of Giani Maskeen Ji’s lectures on Japji Sahib in Punjabi. The Siri Singh Sahib Ji seemed to highly respect him, and as a Giani Ji, he is revered for his discourses in the Sikh Panth.

In this video from 2011, Jugat Guru Singh shares about how the Siri Singh Sahib Ji said that this Shabad is the meditative key to the entire Kundalini Yoga – to control the Kundalini energy. Jugat Guru Singh also does multiple repetitions of this Shabad which you can recite along with him to learn it.
