In 2020, she published the book “Kundalini Yoga and Psychotherapy: a path to awareness.”

The book is a tribute to the great Master of life, Yogi Bhajan who, with great courage and compassion, taught the Sacred Technology of Kundalini Yoga to prepare humanity for challenge of the age of Aquarius.

Kundalini Yoga and Psychotherapy in Italy

For me, psychotherapy and Kundalini Yoga have in common love and deep respect for people, dedication to others and the possibility of soothing pain, expanding awareness and mitigating the suffering of others, in a transformative and helping relationship and a corrective experience.

Man cures but it is God who heals. From an early age, my interest was and still is aimed at the well-being of the person in all aspects and facets, the harmony of the components of the individual, body, mind and soul and to achieve greater awareness of ourselves, others and what surrounds us.

In my professional practice of individual, couple, family and adolescent psychotherapy, children and groups, I often use techniques and teachings of Kundalini Yoga. I was always intrigued by the possibility of translating the suffering of my patients through a yogic key, interpreting their challenges with Humanology, seeking solutions through the ancient and sacred technology of Kundalini Yoga and finding a meeting point with psychology, the science and art that I love so much.

Giving my patients the opportunity, through Kundalini Yoga, to grow, elevate, become more aware of themselves and others and the surrounding environment, transform suffering, acquiring strength, courage, grace and gratitude, meant for me giving a deeper meaning and subtle to the work of many years of practice and training in Kundalini Yoga.

Kundalini Yoga transcends psychotherapy, overcomes its limits, gives voice to subtlety, to the soul, it is a royal road to the infinite, while also working masterfully on the psyche. Many of my patients have experienced the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga. They solved problems of anxiety and depression, they learned to better manage their stress; they have learned to relate better to themselves and to others, developed greater self-esteem and strength to be able to better handle life’s challenges.

I am deeply grateful to Master Yogi Bhajan for absolutely changing my life for the better and for having given me such a precious tool that I can use to help myself and the individuals I work with daily.
