The Headless Path

During the special time of Vaisakhi, Rajveer Singh from Singapore/Malaysia (an SDI Board Member) taught a FREE class where he shared about the concept of giving our head to the Guru.

One of the participants from Bangkok, Thailand, shared this during the class:

“I just started practicing, maybe like two weeks; I saw your videos on YouTube.  I really had depression; darkest depression I went through; I went through suicidal thoughts; I don’t know what to say, it was very dark.  And I just started chanting Ek Ong Kar Sat Gurprasad, Sat Gurprasad, Ek Ong Kar’ for two weeks.  I get goosebumps; I might get emotional, but I’m not getting emotional; Darshan – in the Amrit Vela, I went to the Gurdwara; and it’s heavy; it’s something… I’m grateful that you teach this; it’s not just magic; it is literally Guru Sahib coming to me; it has been the best thing in my life; and since I saw the website (Sikh Dharma International) and I’ve been researching. I’ve been going through many of the Shabads and all the things and all of it helped me so much; I have no words how much it has helped me.  Everything; like the Shabads… and I went to all the blogs and I’ve seen Chattr Chakkr Shabad, the Har Jio Shabad and somehow this miracle happened that I’m back to path, I’m back to Sachay Patshah; I’m back to Him now; and I’m very blessed and I went to a very dark place because I used to use drugs and that’s the worst thing a Sikh can do; I’m a Nam Dhari Sikh; we are very clean and I was not a clean person, but this has brought me to a new path; It’s just the biggest blessing… and craziness going around my house, with so much blessings and all the darkness, I can see it go away.  Waho, Waho, Waho.  I have no words…..”
