Sukhdev Kaur (born in Mexico, lives in Estonia) founded the Guru Ram Das Ashram at Rajamaa in Estonia and leads the community there.  Sukhdev Kaur has been leading trainings, workshops, yoga courses and camps based on the 3HO lifestyle internationally since the early 2000’s.  She is a Sikh Dharma Minister and runs the Gurdwara at the European Yoga Festival in France.  She also works closely with Miri Piri Academy and previously served on the Sikh Dharma Education International board.
