The SDI Staff attended local events to support the Global Climate Strike message.

Kirtan Singh participated in Los Angeles, by serving langar.  The Khalsa Care Foundation, a Gurdwara in No. Los Angeles County prepared a vegan langar of rice and rajma dahl for 1,500. About ten persons were involved in making the langar. We served all the food out at the event. Five members of the GRDA sangat helped set up and serve the langar and another five students from the UCLA Sikh Student’s Association came to serve also.
