International Women’s Camp was founded by Yogi Bhajan in 1976 and was originally called “Khalsa Women’s Training Camp.” The mission of camp was to train women to be Women – strong, invincible, graceful, creative. He said women need a two month break from their partners, families, work and daily lives each year to reconnect with themselves, relax, strengthen and recharge, He emphasized that a large part of this healing comes from just being, living and sharing with other women.

3:15 am Wake up, Ishnaan Therapy
4:00 – 6:00 am Aquarian Sadhana (Kundalini Yoga and meditation)
6:00 – 6:45 am Gurdwara (Sikh Dharma chanting/prayer service)
7:00 – 8:00 am Breakfast
9:00 – 12:30 pm Morning Program (Lecture, Kundalini yoga, meditation, Interactive & Creative Exercises)
12:30 – 2:30 pm Lunch
2:30 – 4:15 pm Afternoon Options (Gurmukhi classes, Swimming, Healing Treatments, Creative Time, or Q&A Sessions with Senior Teachers)
4:45 – 6:00 pm Chanting with Snatam Kaur
6:00 – 7:00 pm Dinner
7:15 – 8:30 pm Evening Meditation & Evening Program (Yogi Bhajan Videos, Discussion)
9:30 pm Lights Out
