The Lord of Miracles Tour was inspired by the Siri Singh Sahib, Yogi Bhajan. In 2002, Yogi Bhajan told Gurubachan Singh Khalsa to go and create in South America what he, Yogi Bhajan, created in North America. (1)
It has been nonstop since then. For the past (17) years the Tour has reached millions of people to become aware that their breath is the key within them, and through it a person can balance and heal the stress, anger, grief, doubt, fear and anxieties that infect all of humanity. (1)
Through simple, non-denominational breathing techniques and meditations from the science of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, one can gain mental clarity, stamina and peace while reducing the negative effects of stress, emotions, drama and worry. (1)
Throughout South America, BREATHE continues to be requested by the national police forces, the military, governments, corporations, universities, caregivers, high schools, and everyone in between. Yogi Ji’s legacy lives on in many ways throughout the world, including a twice-yearly tour to Asia in the spring and South America in the fall. (1)
“Everyone is crumbling under the weight of stress, and the only way to combat it is through your breath. There is no other methodology that works so completely, because fundamentally we are our breath” – Gurubachan Singh (1)

My Experience on the 2018 Lord of Miracles Tour
This article was written by Shiv Antar Kaur Khalsa, who shares her experience in South and Central America:
When I decided to go on this tour, I had no idea what to expect. Part of me was excited, while the other part nervous. Most of the cities I’d never heard of before, and wasn’t sure which countries they were in. I knew that on the trip I’d be meeting lots of new people, traveling all over, and possibly teaching some yoga.
Little did I know, that the people I was to meet would be some of the most wonderfully loving and generous people, the places that I would go to would be like nothing I’d ever seen before, and that I would be spreading my love of bhangra all over South America.
We traveled through beautiful landscapes and climates. From high desserts right on the ocean, all the way to the end of the world. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the tour, but it ended up being 100 times better than anything I could have imagined.
Going into the trip, I didn’t realize how much we’d be connecting with communities outside of the Kundalini yogis. We not only met with government officials and taught at police departments, we also met with one of the Machi (a spiritual leader) of the Mapuche (a native tribe in Chile), taught dance to orphans in Paraguay, and so much more.
It was amazing to me that the majority of the people that would attend the master class had never done Kundalini yoga or meditation before. Watching the way these people transformed within the span of two and a half hours or so was beyond moving. It proves that it’s not about who you are or where you come from, but what you put in that makes the difference.
I hadn’t originally planned to stay for the entire trip, but when it came time for me to leave the tour, circumstances changed, and I was able to stay until the end. Completing the entire tour is something that words cannot properly describe. If I had not continued, I would have missed out on getting to meet so many more amazing people, I would have missed out on more special experiences at the master classes, and I would have missed out on opportunities to share my love of bhangra.
It is amazing to see how the teachings that the Siri Singh Sahib brought us have imbedded themselves all over the world, and how Guru Ram Das has brought us all together.
I’ve been struggling with what to write about this trip. I’ve found that it’s really hard to describe this experience. Each day was so unique, it’s hard to describe. What I can say is that this tour is a once in a lifetime experience, that will change your life.
I think the best way to share my experience is by showing pictures, rather than telling you:
