Camp Miri Piri is a celebration and a dedication to Guru Hargobind, the sixth Sikh Guru who started the warrior tradition in Sikhism. He wore two swords calling them ‘Miri’ and ‘Piri’. These swords represented the balance between spiritual and worldly powers. This concept of the warrior-saint has permeated the Sikh philosophy and lifestyle ever since.
By the Grace of Akaal Purkh & Blessing of Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji, Rajveer Singh from Malaysia, SDI Board Member and the Founding Member of Camp Miri Piri, is organizing an online Camp Miri Piri experience via Zoom!

A note about CMP finances: In order to keep the tuition as low as possible for our annual in-person 4 day events, the teachers for Camp Miri Piri are not paid and completely volunteer their time. In addition, donors regularly contribute to Donor Based Scholarships to help make the cost even more affordable to those who need extra financial assistance. In anticipation of future Camp Miri Piri in-person events, post-COVID, if you are not able to participate in this class, please consider making a donation to our scholarship fund.
