About this Meditation:

This is called Charan Japa. It is an age-old method, in which a couple creates a rhythm and a frequency between them. It is very bonding and healing. It is especially beneficial if expecting a child. This bonded consciousness of the couple helps to flourish the soul of the child. This attracts a very easy, most beautiful child. The couple’s own self is improved, too.

About Breathwalk© & Charan Japa

Siri Singh Sahib ji shared with Gurucharan Singh Khalsa his approach to a simple, elegant walking technique based on the traditional system called Charan Japa or “repeat with the feet.” A complete system called Breathwalk © was created, which goes beyond the basic traditional japa, by integrating specific breath patterns, expanding the range of mantras, and including Kundalini Yoga exercises and guided meditation. In this way, one is able to direct mood, energy and awareness in multiple ways. It has been proven to be one of the most powerful physical exercises to break stress, improve health and gain emotional control. It is not only an accessible natural activity, but also a deep meditation and a profound way to connect to nature – inner and outer.
