jeea jant suprasann bhe dhekhi prabh parataap ||
karaj autaariaa satiguroo kar aahar aap ||1||
All beings and creatures are totally pleased, gazing on God’s glorious radiance.
The True Guru has paid off my debt; He Himself did it. ||1||

khaat kharachat nibahat rahai gur sabadh akhoot ||
pooran bhe’ee samagaree kabahoo nahee toot ||1|| rahaau ||

Eating and expending it, it is always available; the Word of the Guru’s Shabad is inexhaustible.
Everything is perfectly arranged; it is never exhausted. ||1||Pause||

saadhasang aaraadhanaa har nidhi aapaar ||
dharam arath ar kaam mokh dhete nahee baar ||2||

In the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, I worship and adore the Lord, the infinite treasure.
He does not hesitate to bless me with Dharmic faith, wealth, fulfilment of desires and liberation. ||2||

bhagat araadhahi ek rang gobindh gupaal ||
raam naam dhan sanchiaa jaa kaa nahee sumaar ||3||

The devotees worship and adore the Lord of the Universe with single-minded love.
They gather in the wealth of the Lord’s Name, which cannot be estimated. ||3||

saran pare prabh tereeaa prabh kee vaddiaae’ee ||
naanak ant na paae’eeaai beant gusaae’ee ||4||32||62||

O God, I seek Your Sanctuary, the glorious greatness of God. Nanak:
Your end or limitation cannot be found, O Infinite World-Lord. ||4||32||62||

It’s always good to recite a shabad 11x/day for 40, 90, 120 days or more.  General guidelines include, speaking the shabad consciously, i.e. enunciating the words as best as possible connecting the navel with the tip of the tongue each word or syllable and little, by little as you become familiar with the pronunciation mentally connect the meaning of the words in the English translation with the Gurbani being spoken.
