I remember my first trip to the Golden Temple – 46 years ago, when I knew little, but had a great longing to learn. As I am reflecting upon where my path of devotion has taken me, I am remembering the challenges, lessons and constant training I received at the feet of the master the Siri Singh Sahib, Yogi Bhajan, I am filled with gratitude.
Why?
The Great Unknown has showered me with gifts and grace that I could never have asked for, as I had no idea what the life of constant meditation and devotion and Keep Up Spirit could bring.
How can we know what tomorrow brings? We can train for a profession(s), we can travel the world, we can work hard and earn money, we can follow our passion, we can find a mate, have a child yet, the only constant insurance we have in life is our meditative mind.
Life can change just as the weather changes yet, our future is based on how we train ourselves to navigate life with a neutral and meditative mind. When our beautiful expectations of life become disappointed, we have our meditative mind to guide us.
So what is tomorrow? How can we prepare for tomorrow? We can only know today. But the Master gave us this beautiful Kriya, July 13th 1983 at Khalsa Women’s Training Camp.
“What is tomorrow? And tomorrow may not come if you do not have intuitive Infinity!”
– Siri Singh Sahib, Yogi Bhajan
The Mangala Charan are the words of Guru Gobind Singh in Sanskrit. These words along with the complete Jaap Sahib are a perfect naad to carry you to Sahibee. Sahibee is a state in which you can master your own mind and thus find direction from your own intuition.
Music by Satkirin Kaur Khalsa with Thomas Barquee, featuring a lecture by Yogi Bhajan. Fun, upbeat and empowering! Jaap is the new meditation CD from Satkirin’s Mantra Series for personal mastery. Entrancing and powerful, yet sweet and gentle, these mantras are another masterfully woven mixture of beautiful sounds.
The abum Mangala Charan of Jaap Sahib includes a Kriya to develop your Intuitive mind. Try it for 40 days.
Available at satkirin.com as a download.
If you download this album from the website, Satkirin will send “The Kriya to develop your intuitive mind” to each person via e-mail. The kriya is included in the actual CD, but as a download it will have to be e-mailed.
