Meditation to Feel Cozy and Content

This meditation is self-healing. It gives self-respect, contentment and confidence.

Mudra: Men connect the thumb and middle fingertips of the right hand and the tip of the thumb and little finger of the left. Fingernails don’t touch. Women reverse the mudra (connect the thumb and little fingers of the right hand, and the thumb and middle fingers of the left hand.) With the shoulders hanging, hold the hands 7-8 inches apart, fingers pointing forward, a little in front of the center of the chest.

Eyes: The eyes are 1/10 open.

Breath: Breathe normally, relax every part of your body and meditate for 11 minutes.

To End: Inhale, make tight fists with both hands for a few moments, and relax. 

Time: 11 minutes.

This meditation is self-healing. Sit still, relax the body, and let the energy exchange. It gives self-respect, contentment and confidence.

It works to balance the brain by reinforcing your inner ability to always be in touch with your higher self.
