Kulpreet Singh, a volunteer for SAMHAA (South Asian Mental Health Alliance), delivers a talk on Mental Health in English through Basics of Sikhi. Kulpreet Singh, who himself has dealt with mental health issues, addresses differences between mental health, mental wellness and mental illnesses. He then relates that to what Gurbani says, thus giving us GurMat solutions to help tackle such issues:
