Taught by the Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan on February 2, 1976
Part One: Warm Ups
MUDRA: Relax your arms at your sides with your palms facing forward. Alternately bend each elbow, bringing the palms toward the center of your chest, but do not touch your chest. Do not bend the wrists or hands. Move as rapidly as you can and maintain a balance in the rhythmic motion of your hands. 3-11 minutes.
Part Two: Meditation
MUDRA: Lightly connect the fingertips of the left and right hands to equalize the energy, leaving the thumbs separated and extended toward the Heart Center. The fingers are loosely separated and the hands are relaxed. The thumbs must not touch.
EYE FOCUS: Look down through your hands at a 60-degree angle.
MANTRA: Chant Hareeang 16 times per breath. The chanting cycle takes about 13-15 seconds. 11-31 minutes.
COMMENTS: It may take a couple of months to bring this meditation under your control, but if you do this meditation for 90 days, it can activate your brain so that you can know exactly what is what. It can make it intuitively possible for you to live creatively to your own potential and to tap the opportunities around you.
