Class #1 –  The Power of Words and the Words of Power: Shabad Guru and Mantra

Saturday, December 19 from 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (GMT-6)

Instructor: Pritpal Singh Khalsa

The vibration of the mantra is like the DNA of all creation, the essential sound at the very core of the Universe. These sacred words are the sound key that opens the lock to transcendent experience. They form a bridge between intention and manifestation. As we vibrate the mantra/shabad, our experience of the universe is created in that moment. We will vibrate some of these Words of Power and explore a deeper understanding of the Power of these Words.

Class #2 –  Mul Mantra & Meditation

Sunday, December 20 from 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (GMT-6)

Instructors: Snatam Kaur and Sopurkh Singh

The Mul Mantra is a foundational teaching of the Sikh way of life. Japji Sahib begins with the Mul Mantra, the root mantra. Siri Guru Granth Sahib begins with Mul Mantra. The Mul Mantra is a precious teaching. These twenty-six words paint a vision of the characteristics, form, and aspects of the One God. The words of the Mul Mantra gave birth to a spiritual nation and changed the course of history. The Mul Mantra is short and simple yet it is difficult to understand the depth and wisdom of it. Everything we need to know about the nature of the universe is stated in the Mul Mantra.
