Bilaaval, Third Mehla:
One whose Master is All-Powerful –
No one can harm that person.
The Lord’s servant is under His Protection.
The Lord Himself blesses him and bestows greatness.
There is none higher than Him.
Why should His servant fear?
Of whom should he be afraid?
Following the Guru’s Instruction, peace abides in the body.
Dwelling upon the Shabad, the Word, pain shall not overtake you.
You shall come and go no more, and shall not suffer misery.
Imbued with the Naam, the Name of the Lord,
You shall merge in Celestial Bliss.
O Nanak, the GurMukh beholds the Lord near at hand –
My God is ever-present everywhere.
