What to Expect:

  • 🌺Sound Current Experience: The words of Guru Nanak, the first Guru Sikh, come to life through the vibration of the Bhand Jammie Shabad, which helps women create a strong protective aura (electromagnetic field that surrounds the body), clear karmas and develop a strong sense of self-worth and self-respect. It also helps solve inner crisis and conflict. Charansev Kaur will lead you through it!
  • 🍃Kundalini Yoga Practice and Meditation: Women have the innate capacity to be resilient, creating peaceful and dignified environments even in the midst of crisis. The only requirement is to know yourself as a woman and connect with your highest consciousness. Nam Nidhan Kaur will teach practical and powerful Kundalini Yoga techniques to clear the subconscious mind which blocks you from releasing your past and being you.
  • 🫶🏾 A Global Community of Women Supporting Each Other: No matter where you are, you are welcome here!
  • 🤝 Opportunity to support Sikhs Feed People: Although this is a completely FREE event, we want to encourage you to help our most vulnerable communities through giving a suggested donation when registering. 100% of the proceeds will go towards Langar (free kitchen) initiatives around the world. Find out more about Sikhs Feed People.
