These are the closing lines of Jaap Sahib, the morning prayer of Guru Gobind Singh.

Chatr chakr vartee
Chatr chakr bhugatay
Suyambhav subhang
Sarabadaa sarab jugatay
Dukaalang pranaasee
Di-aalang saroopay
Sadaa ang sangay
Abhangang bibhootay
In all four directions God is pervading;
In all four directions He makes merry.
His Light spontaneously illuminates –
He is so beautiful!
He is ever-present in all beings.
God destroys the pain of birth and death.
He is the Embodiment of Mercy.
God is part and parcel of all;
His Grandeur will never vanish.

Sat Nam – Guru has given us all we need. Use this Mantra and chant it out loud for 120 days straight for 62″ per day. Enunciate the words and sit with a straight spine. Let all your habitual thoughts, phobias and fears come up. Let them all be cut, like a sword, with the sound vibrations of these words of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. That should do it!
